RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return period:

We are confident that you will love everything that you order from us! However, in the unlikely event that something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to return them. Please reach out to customer care to initiate a return via info@nuevemira.com

Return conditions:

All items must be returned to us in an unused condition suitable for resale and in the packaging exactly how it arrived. All returned items will go trough an inspection to see if the items are used. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Return costs:

The costs and responsibility for the return the shipment are your own. The costs are depending on the courier and the country you return your package from. All orders can be returned to our atelier in The Netherlands. We will send the adres after the return is confirmed. Please reach out to customer care to initiate a return via info@nuevemira.com

Return processing time:

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our atelier we process it within 5 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our atelier. From then on the 5 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
